Their business is to build asset value through acquisition, development, management, financing and disposition of innovative real estate investments.

ACQUISITION COSTS

Beside the price you pay for your real estate there will be also a 10-11% fee, which includes the transfer tax which is 4,50%, the notary fee which is approximately 0,7-1% and the real estate agents fee which varies from 6 to 7%.

MANAGEMENT COSTS

The management costs vary from 20 to 30 euros per month. Monthly maintenance is about 0,25c-0,50c per sq/m. In total costs will be about 7-10% of the monthly rent.

RENTS AND LOANS

The monthly rent depends exclusively on the type of property, of its location, of its conditions and its dimensions. Rents are usually based on the dimensions of the property and vary from 2, 5 up to 12 Euros per sq/m per month.
As long as loans are concerned German Banks are ready to finance up to 60% of your acquisition (fees excluded).
