BERLIN: WHERE TO INVEST?

5. KREUZBERG: Located on the south of Berlin-mitte it is considered one of the city’s cultural centers.

6. FRIEDRICHSHAIN It is an inner city locality adjacent to mitte. It has the reputation of young, lively and very fashionable area.

7. TREPTOW Treptower hafen, a marina, is one of the main landing stage for Berlin's sightseeing ships.

8. PANKOW Will be trendy because a lot of politicians, artists and scientists are living here
